Brooks Creative Arts Therapy is an out-of-network provider for all plans. Clients may choose to file claims for reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with an invoice at the end of each month that includes all the information required to submit for reimbursement. Please check your coverage to see if you have out-of-network mental health benefits.

We believe finances should not be a barrier to care. If you require sliding scale pricing due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out directly.

We start with a free, 15-minute phone consultation. We will learn about your goals, share our approach, discuss session fees, and answer any questions you may have. If it is a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session and begin our process.

We offer both in-person and tele-therapy sessions.

Yes! We take confidentiality very seriously, and all tele-therapy services will be conducted with a secure online platform.

We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Should a client cancel within the 24-hour window or no-show for the appointment, the client will be responsible for the full session fee. After three consecutive occurrences of late cancellations or no shows, we are ethically and legally obligated to commence the discharge process.
